Growth Execution Accelerator
What the first 90 days of growth execution should deliver
A focused 90-day engagement should do more than diagnose problems. It should put the decisions, ownership and operating rhythm for execution in motion.
Ninety days is long enough to create meaningful movement and short enough to force focus. The objective is not to complete every initiative. It is to make the growth system visible, concentrate effort on the highest-value opportunities and establish a practical way for leadership teams to keep execution moving.
Days 1–30: diagnose around value
Begin with the outcomes the business needs, not with an inventory of projects. Identify where value is being lost, which opportunities matter most and which existing initiatives, investments and capabilities can contribute. The result should be a shared fact base that connects ambition to execution.
This phase should expose the most important friction: conflicting priorities, unclear decision rights, missing capabilities, delayed dependencies, duplicated work and measures that do not show whether value is being realized.
Days 31–60: connect the moving parts
Turn the diagnosis into a small number of quantified growth plays. For each play, clarify the customer or business outcome, the economic logic, the required capabilities, the cross-functional dependencies and the decisions that leadership must make.
The goal is not a longer list. It is a coherent portfolio with clear sequencing. Teams should understand what must happen first, which work can proceed in parallel and where resources need to move.
Days 61–90: activate and embed
Execution accelerates when ownership and decision cadence become concrete. Each growth play needs an accountable leader, a small set of measures, an agreed operating rhythm and a mechanism for resolving dependencies quickly. The first 90 days should produce a roadmap that teams are already using — not one waiting for a launch meeting.
What leadership should have at day 90
- A prioritized set of growth plays tied to measurable value.
- Visible dependencies across customer, distribution, marketing, digital, AI and operations.
- Clear ownership and decision rights across functional boundaries.
- A scorecard with leading indicators and value measures.
- An operating cadence for decisions, learning and resource shifts.
- A practical playbook that strengthens internal capability rather than creating dependency.
The real test is whether the organization can decide and act differently by the end of the period. If the work produces only a strategy deck, the execution gap remains. If it changes priorities, ownership and operating rhythm, the organization has a platform for sustained performance.
Make the first 90 days count.
The Growth Execution Accelerator is designed to move high-value opportunities forward using the investment already in place.
